Job Satisfaction.

Sometimes restoring something beautiful just makes your heart soar. The process of seeing something worthwhile but tired slowly come back to life in your hands is immensely gratifying.

We recently showed a customer a sequence of photos illustrating the restored Kingfisher chairs they were buying from us, the work that went into them - step by step - and the state they had been in when we bought them from the hooligan at the NEC who was going to send them to landfill if we hadn't bought them.

Their reaction was one of surprise that so much effort and love went into the restoration.It reminded us of just what satisfying work it really can be, not only to put a smile back on the face of something wonderful, but then to see it go off out into the world and start a whole new life.
